Terms & Conditions – Luna Wedding Transport & Photo Experiences

1. Bookings

• A booking is confirmed once a deposit is received.

• The remaining balance must be paid prior to the event date.

2. Cancellations

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Cancellations within 60 days may be subject to full payment.

3. Timings & Delays

• Clients must provide accurate timings.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather, etc.).

4. Vehicle & Service

• We reserve the right to substitute the vehicle in unforeseen circumstances.

• All efforts will be made to provide a similar experience.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must ensure safe and respectful behaviour.

• We reserve the right to terminate service if behaviour is unsafe or inappropriate.

6. Photography & Image Use 

By booking with Luna Wedding Transport & Photo Experiences, you agree that:

• We may use photographs or videos that include our vehicle or services for marketing and promotional purposes, including:

  • Website

  • Social media

  • Advertising and printed materials

​

• This includes:

  • Images taken by us

  • Images shared publicly by you or tagged with us

​

• If you would prefer your images not to be used, you must notify us in writing prior to your event.

​

7. Liability

• We are fully insured for our services.

• We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
